Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Georg Kieffer GmbH, Am Moosfeld 3, 81829 Munich, Germany / Email: contact@kieffer.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments (excluding delivery costs) that we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please note: Only items purchased directly from this shop can be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns via our shop for products purchased from specialist retailers or other outlets.

• Returns are only accepted for clean, unused goods in their original condition.
• Dirty or used items are excluded or may be subject to a deduction in value.
